Workin on the Tan

Maybe it's just me but blogging is entirely too much work, I can't wait until Google has the ability to ready my thoughts through the internets and put them into my blog. Until that day I will continue to post on a very irregular basis, however a friend just showed me the ability to post date my blogs, so if I'm in a blogging mood I can do many in advance allowing me to sort of "time release" them like Claritin D or the generic equivalent. Anyway on with the beer, a couple of weeks ago I had the rare chance to make a black and tan with my Discovery Pale Ale and my Black Hole Irish stout. Let me just tell you know that I may as well have been drinking sex, it was that good. Sadly I have emptied my keg of Discovery Pale so no more black and tans for me, although I have a Irish Red that's two weeks out from being tapped so maybe I can do red and tan? Amazingly enough I am actually making good beer these days, although I had a shitty brew day a couple of weekends ago so we'll see how that one turns out (it's another Discovery Pale Ale so I do have something to compare it to). Just a heads up I should be blogging about some of the beers I had on my Arizona trip last week soon.
